JOHN HINKS, JR.
John Hinks Jr. is a second generation mortgage loan originator. As a producing branch manager, it is imperative that John continuously adapt. He has survived through many versions of the market, had had thousands of cups of coffee with agents, and has had to continuously evolve his methods to stay on top of his game. John believes that collaboration is the key to success, & has created CAGELESS in order to not only help other LOs succeed, but to help his own branch thrive!
TZEDI BRIGGS
Tzedi Briggs is a real estate broker in the Columbia, SC area. She started her own photography company in college and spent over 10 years building a sphere of people who knew and loved her. When she got her real estate license, that sphere converted into clients. She has heavily leaned into her own personal branding since getting her license, and she opened her own brokerage in September of 2023.Tzedi focuses on empowering her agents to use their own personalities and branding to grow their businesses, & brings that same thought process to CAGELESS.
